I think you provide quality products. I love the music player from a previous purchase. The puzzle that I just bought was great for my father. Doable in a short time rather than a bigger challenge with small pieces. The beanbag golf game didn’t go over too well, but we’ll try again. One negative is the shipping. One puzzle was losing pieces and I had to count to make sure both puzzles were complete, then accidentally put one stray piece in the wrong box, etc.. Although I really appreciate no plastic, I felt the need to put the pieces in a zip lock bag (reused from another shipped product) and a rubber band around the box. Maybe just a way to keep the box closed (a snap?) would solve the problem without plastic.One last bit of feedback is from my husband who guided my father through the puzzle. He said a picture of actual size would allow the user to build the puzzle on top of the picture. That might be too easy for some people, but the either/or choice would be good.
I am really impressed with the customer service at Relish. There was an issue with the courier, which delayed my order and as soon I let Relish know about this, they cancelled that order and despatched a new one with a different courier, express delivery. My order arrived with me in time for my visit to my Dad, for which I am so grateful.
I love the products on Relish. Relish has identified the key areas that pose difficulty for those with dementia and have created products that are helpful, simple to use and remove some of the stresses involved in day to day life. Cards and maze are well made my husband who's in the second stage of alzheimer's really liked the cards and triggered some memories when we were looking at them, he wasn't sure what to do with the maze but I've found it quite therapeutic What I've purchased from relish has always been good quality even though some are bit on the expensive side but that doesn't really matter as they're so good for people with alzheimer's/learning challenges etc
Want jigsaw puzzles for a dementia group. Relish had several different degrees of difficulty, lovely pictures, good quality and stored in a box. The box enables clients to do the jigsaws into the box whilst looking at the picture on the inside of the lid.Our clients loved them.
The products offered from Relish Life are excellent for anyone caring for someone with dementia. I spend a great deal of time with my ninety-two year mother who enjoys the paint with water pages and a variety of the puzzles. These activities encourage her confidence and provide her with a sense of accomplishment. Also, they are conversation starters as we discuss the various images of a given activity. The quality of the products are excellent as well and have been reused frequently. I needed assistance with one of my orders and the customer service went above and beyond my expectations!
