Puzzle piece seemed warped and doesn't lay flat. This makes it difficult to put the neighboring pieces into place. For a patient who has dementia, this is extremely disturbing as he would like to feel accomplished. This is impossible with this puzzle.

Loved the puzzles and word search

Loved the puzzles and word search. Unfortunately, I think the word search may be too difficult for who I purchased it for. I gave 4 stars because the packaging on one of puzzles appeared to be used.

Excellent and friendly service

Excellent and friendly service. My dad loves the reminder clock. It's given him a new lease of life and greater independence. The Marble Maze Circuit Game was also a big hit. Highly recommended!
