Awesome customer service. The medical providers are professional and caring. As a RN, I really value that. Meds arrive in a timely fashion. Easy instructions given. Prompt response always to any questions and concerns. I'm down to my ideal weight from being obese. Worth every penny. I highly recommend Remedy Meds.
I have been with Remedy Meds for about 2 months. Everything they have told me to expect on the journey so far has been fulfilled. I appreciate there have been no hidden fees, they communicate when orders are going to be processed and adjust if necessary, and I receive the product quickly. I have lost 21 lbs so far and am very pleased with how everything has gone so far.
I received my first med order in July. After a couple of weeks, I decided to stop taking it. I emailed the cancellation request. I received a response acknowledging the request. In November, we noticed Remedy had charged our account in October and again in November, even though medication was not sent. We asked for a refund. They agreed to refund November as a “courtesy”, but refused to refund October because it’s a “subscription service”. You cannot talk to anyone; only email communication is allowed. The website says same price at every dose, but the charge increased.
