Representative was clear, nice and professional . She walked be through the process more than previous carer. I was pleased to find out that more services than just the prescription were included, and the cost is half what I was paying previously.
I received my refill reminder on Friday, November 28 and completed the refill information. I am leaving on a 10 day cruise next Friday, December 5 and called Remedy Meds to insure the medicine would arrive by next Thursday. The representative who I spoke with was less than helpful and could not offer any assurance my refill would arrive by next Thursday. Remedy Meds customer service is terrible and I do not recommend using them.
I’ve never left a negative review in my life. This is a first. I’d give 0 stars in I could. $1200 in and no meds. I was told they wouldn’t refund anything because it was “subscription” based. Can’t be a subscription when there is no product in exchange . Straight up theft! Am considering taking legal action. Go anywhere but here
