I had a good experience with Remedy Meds. There was a bit of confusion that I feel could be improved. At renewal I was not always clear what I needed to do. One month I didn’t get anything shipped so I went back online and had scheduled meeting w doctor. Doctor told me I had to meet with them every month which I later saw was not true. Still recommend but this things could get more clear with better repeatable communications

All done - the meds are on the way! Very easy and professional - I can't wait for the results in the forthcoming months. Highly recommended!
I have had nothing but good service from Remedy Meds. Every time I have called with a question, the phone reps have been very friendly and super helpful. When I requested to speak with a medical rep I was given an appointment either the same day or the next. The medical professionals are always ready at appointment time and are patient and helpful.The best thing about Remedy Meds is the organization. They send timely emails if they need something from me and keep me informed all along the way. It used to be like pulling teeth to find out why things we're working with another medication company I was using, but everything always runs smoothly with Remedy Meds. All in all, they make my life easier.
The responses on customer service issues are scripted and unhelpful. Providers leave you waiting on video appointments and then claim you no show. This has happened 3x and once by phone when I picked up on the last ring (not expecting a call and no identifying information!) and missed the provider...called back and got a message that it's only an outgoing line. Lots of appointment times listed but repeated "no longer available" messages when trying to book. Little to no communication on provider med follow ups. This has been since August and it's now December; similar experience anytime I need an appointment or information. I'm paying $400/month for this and at this point cannot even cancel because I've paid for the subscription but have no meds, so have to keep my account open to go through the run around in the HOPE I can get the med! The response below is a typical one that does not produce change. Just know these issues in advance if you're considering this company.
