It was very easy to sign up and get started. I scheduled my telehealth appointment with a provider and talked to her the next day! She was very kind and thorough and answered all of my questions. I've had a great experience so far and will continue to use their services!

The Process

The process, from online consultation to medication delivery, is quick and efficient. This process has been easy for me and something that actually works for me. They do have a better pricing against competitors but do wish it was a little bit more economically friendly.

I was a member for 4 days

I was a member for 4 days. Canceled because they wanted me to drive 100 miles to use their one of their preferred labs. I had just had a physical 2 weeks ago, uploaded my results 3 times and emailed 3 times but they would not accept them. What a maddening experience and I do not know how much they will charge me for 4 days membership and 4 weeks of meds.**They sent an email requesting I change my review for a $25 refund. I still don't know how much this whole fiasco will cost me.

*WINNER!!!I have found that Remedy Meds to be easy to work with and to understand their process from getting started, to the end result. It is easy to speak with someone, to log into your portal to answering any questions. They are very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the results and very little side effects. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service department is very quick to respond and very friendly. My appointment with the Dr went very well, she was friendly and informative. I had no problems with my first order arriving quickly and in tact. I have been able to stay on track with my weight loss goals with Remedy Meds and would highly recommend their company!
