I have had several questions concerning my treatment and medication. When I call customer service, I immediately get to talk to a person and not a machine. Customer Service then puts me in contact with a nurse or physician, in a timely manner. Physicians and nurses seem very knowledgeable in answering my questions and concerns.
I have only been using Remedy Meds for about a week and have had a positive experience. I chose this route due to my previous medication costing over $500 monthly. All questions have been answered so far and the video conference was beneficial. My medication arrived in two days with the company updating me each step of the way.
No one told you the big difference between the oral & injectable supplements. I started with oral & was just told I couldn’t titrate up due to poor results on initial dose. The only medication that can be increased is the injections. Why not divulge that in the initial consult? Seems shady.
I have had nothing but great experience with this company. This is the 4th place I’ve tried and my first with ordering online. They deliver what they promised I had a video meeting with an advisor last night and the person could not have been more helpful. I didn’t want to end the call. Oh and yah, I’ve lost 15 pounds!
