I ordered feb7 after two weeks later they said not in stock mailed is too wired.
I checked site again they sale discount price again with my order list of sales, email to them what is going on and never respond to me several times emails to them no response any more.
I thought this site scammer site.
Please don’t do this site buy anymore.
Beware this site I report consumer fraud reports to them.
I placed 3 different orders for ARCO watches, gold, silver, and rose, Lorenzo worked with me over 4 days in getting the free jewelry gifts I wanted to pick with my order as some items were out of stock. He promptly responded through email and his due diligence was of the highest priority. I would definitely recommend Cascalia to anyone including friends and family..

Don’t order anything from here! I waited weeks for my order, only to find out that the items I purchased were not in stock. It takes them weeks to respond to messages, and they only seem to take action if you comment on their posts or reply publicly on their feed.
Absolute scammers. I ordered an Arco Steel Automatic and I didn’t receive any shipping or tracking information after 2 weeks+. I emailed and DM’d and they said the watch is out of stock and won’t be restocked for a while. Yet when I go on their website, it’s being advertised, even on sale! Trying to scam people out of their money! STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company.

I ordered this watch in December and now it’s February, and I still have not received it.I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times trying to understand the status of my order, but the information has been unclear and inconsistent. I keep being told the item is currently sold out and that they “hope” to ship it soon. Meanwhile, my order status shows as delivered, which is simply not true.I have not been provided with any accurate shipping details or a real update on when I can expect to receive my purchase.The watch itself looks nice, but at this point, I’m not sure it’s worth the ongoing back-and-forth and frustration with customer service.
I had to contact Cascalia on what’s app because their “ buy a watch get 2 jewelry free” deal was not working when I would go to check out. Lorenzo was the associate to help me, and he always answered within the day. I was instructed to buy the watch, send him the order #, and provide the two pieces of jewelry I want to be added to my order. I did that and everything went as planned. Within hours Lorenzo contacted his team and had the two pieces I selected added to my order. I got an email confirmation as well. Glad everything went smooth. I can’t wait to get my package!
