Disappointing experience

I had a very poor experience with the service. As a long-time watch collector, dealing with this brand has been the worst part of my journey. I bought a watch directly from their site, but it arrived broken. It took a week for them to respond and the process was frustrating from start to finish. I returned the watch at my own expense and it took them another two weeks to refund me. Spending over a thousand dollars for a non-working watch and receiving such slow service is unacceptable. I'm sharing my experience to help others decide if this is what they're willing to deal with.
