By default, the standard subscription they offer is annual, despite showing the monthly price. I purchased this subscription by mistake when I wanted to try the program, and I immediately contacted technical support to clarify the error. They quickly told me they understood the mistake and that, after confirming the case, they would proceed.A week later, they wrote to me saying they had confirmed the case, but that to proceed, they needed me to write a positive review on Trustpilot — clearly blackmailing me into giving them a positive opinion. When I made it clear I would not accept the blackmail, they quickly backtracked, saying it had just been a misunderstanding and that the refund was already being processed.Two months have passed, and not only have I not received any refund, but two months after the incident, and without having opened their page again, I received a charge on my account for a new monthly fee. Beware of this site, they are not trustworthy people.
Absolute scam company. I have used the service for a month or two with mediocre results hoping to replace renderings as the conceptual design stage. This past month accidentally clicked the wrong tab so it was yearly subscription. Immediately contacted support who said a refund would not be possible. Avoid!!
