The subscription plans are misleading. They give the impression that for a monthly fee, you receive a specific number of renders and videos, but that's not the case. Everything operates on a shared credit system, so after generating just a few images, your access to videos or upscales diminishes significantly—regardless of whether you've used them. This is deceptive and lacks transparency. I do not recommend this service.
We recently began using this software in our studio, and it has transformed our workflow. It's essential to schedule time with the attentive staff, as we now have a personal rapport with them. They offer one-on-one meetings and training; otherwise, it can take hours to navigate the platform for results. It truly feels like a personalized service.
I would give zero stars if possible. This software is utterly disappointing and feels like a scam. The results do not resemble the sketches I upload, even in the appropriate mode, as the AI continually alters the design and adds random elements. For architectural visualization, this tool is completely ineffective. The settings do not function as described, and despite careful prompt writing, the program fails to adhere to inputs. Instead of a reliable rendering tool, it feels more like a toy that wastes credits. Save your money; this software does not deliver professional results and is not worth the investment.
While it may not be ideal as a substitute for traditional architectural rendering, it is the best option I’ve found for accurately capturing designs. It’s not completely precise, but it outperforms several others I've tested. It has great potential and has produced a few decent photorealistic renders for a project I worked on. My main issue is that I canceled my subscription with remaining credits, but they were cleared while keeping my profile intact. Additionally, generating images in the useful mode consumes two credits per image and about ten for upscaling. In under a month, I used almost 500 credits for fewer than 100 images, with 80% being unusable due to misinterpretation by the AI. I will not be renewing my subscription. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I received no communication from their chat support.
Impossible to try! not even 1 free credit! how should I validate if product worth???? And there is no any information you cannot use it to try! I filled all the data necessary spend 30 min of my time and then what I see... you don't have credits! so as I can tell my experience here is very negative seems like scam!
I don't recommend this for professional use. It cannot achieve even the most basic commands. Nothing I would use to show a client. The only use I see for this is a tool for inspiration because it creates wacky results. The sliders for modifying the creativity etc. seem to be opposite of what it's meant to do. Random telephone poles or a skylight will show up on an image I'm just trying to do in a different lighting or environment, completely altering my design. I'm highly disappointed and feel as though this was falsely advertised as to what it can do.
Rendair has a great combination of useful features and learning resources. In a new and fast-paced market segment, Rendair seems to be ahead of the curve and evolving quickly. Their personalized training is an incredible value and a stand-out feature of their platform. My first solo attempts were rough. Persistence started paying off. The personalized training really accelerated things. I’m looking forward to growing with this platform.
