Google login no longer works so I can't login to cancel my subscription. Dealing with customer support for over a week and they haven't done anything to resolve it. They are now not responding. The brief window when I could use the service I wasn't impressed. Would not reccommmend

Regrettably, the results fell short of my expectations. The quality is quite poor, and the tool does not follow prompts accurately. It also alters elements I specifically requested to remain unchanged. Achieving a decent image through this software requires an excessive amount of time. For precision work, manual rendering with professional software might be a better option. Overall, I find the quality lacking and do not believe it justifies the cost.
This feels like a scam. Free alternatives are far superior. The software lacks essential features and is not user-friendly. The wait times are maddening, and it fails to follow instructions. Adding and removing items does not align with my prompts. The interface is confusing and misses basic functionalities. Free alternatives produce better results in less time. There are constant bugs and issues, such as when recognizing image elements. Adjusting the number of images on the main screen is impossible, and there’s no history to restore deleted items. The supposed ability to import 3D files seems to only import a 2D image. The software even disables the backspace key! Overall, it's a frustrating experience.
As someone who's not very tech-savvy and in the midst of a significant renovation, I’ve found the platform's user-friendly design and exceptional personal support to be invaluable. With no background in design or construction, their assistance has made the entire process much easier and significantly less stressful.
