Received good customer service from the support email following a misunderstanding. Although I only used the website for a short amount of time I love the Idea of it and can see it working for people who need it. Monthly subscriptions are overpriced and could offer more benefits.

Excellent customer service and fair resolutionI would like to share my positive experience with Rentumo’s customer service, especially with Sam, the Country Manager.Although there was a misunderstanding regarding the subscription and an unpaid invoice, Sam handled the situation in a very professional, understanding, and solution-oriented way. He carefully listened to my concerns and made an exception to resolve the issue fairly, even though it was outside the standard policy.I truly appreciate the respectful communication, transparency, and customer-focused approach. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle and left me with a positive impression of Rentumo’s customer service.Thank you, Sam, for your support and professionalism.

I don’t think the payment information is clear as it’s easy to get confused on the website .rentumo have been easy to deal with and have promised to wipe the 65 dollar account fee that I somehow got charged.
