Cancelled trial subscription

I had a trial of this premium subscription and cancelled the day it was due to renew. I contacted the support team and asked them to cancel the debit attempt. After being told they couldn’t do so so until after I’d posted a positive review for them, we negotiated and they cancelled it. Thank you for your assistance.
