I paid for fast shipping, but they sent the wrong item. I contacted them to explain that I needed it before my holiday and that they shipped the incorrect item, but they refused to send me a replacement until they received the wrong item back. I was told I had to return it within 14 days or I wouldn't be entitled to a replacement, despite being home for the holidays. Additionally, I didn’t receive a refund for the original shipping due to their mistake. The only reason I'm not giving this 1 star is that the item I received was genuine and not a cheap knockoff.
