I had the well known "pop" failure in my 2011 F150 radio that left the radio with no volume and the flashing clock. The day my radio arrived at Cboardrepair, I received a notification that it was repaired and returned the same day. Installed back in the truck and it works perfectly. For some reason I think it sound better...maybe better power connection? I would definitely recommend the repair over buying a new radio.
I like that I can get the Ford Radio Repaired with a good Warranty, for much less than Ford wants for a radio.I did not like that I emailed on 2 separate dates with questions but did not get a reply to either email. Shipping charge was too high as I paid much less to ship it to Cboard than Cboard charge for return shipping.Radio took longer than advertised to repair.No fault of Cboard, weather related delays in return shipping.I finally installed the radio yesterday and it worked, so I am pleased with the final outcome.
They repaired the gauge cluster on my 2013 Chevy Malibu and it has been working fine since then. Cboardrepair's charge was very reasonable and just a small fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge. The Cboardrepair work is guaranteed for life (the dealership was only 80% sure their repair would work at all).
Outstanding! I shipped my board out by regular UPS on a Friday afternoon. They received on Tuesday, repaired and shipped the same day and I received and reinstalled on Friday. Works perfectly. Btw, I tried the hot air station method earlier and it didn’t seem to fix completely, and I bent one of those cone shaped springs before I found them online. Well worth the price for the headache and stress of it not working like it should. I highly recommend them.
