This feels like a complete scam. They fail to mention that it’s a digital product until after you make the purchase. When I attempted to get a refund, they pointed out policies hidden in the menu that I wasn’t aware of, claiming I should have read them beforehand, but I had no way of knowing before creating an account.
The customer support is quite impressive. I bought an item under the impression it was a physical product, but it turned out to be digital. There was not much clarification provided (which is why this review is slightly lower), yet the support team processed my refund immediately.
