Really simple, not landing in spams, good customer support ❤️

A happy customer! Resend was really easy to set up (from a developer's perspective) and my emails actually make it to the inbox (finally!).The broadcast for bulk emails is so convenient and I love how the dashboard only shows the stats that matter, not the useless stuff like other providers i've tested in the past.Their support team is amazing too, I got help right away from a real person and he was really comprehensive. Best email service I've ever used.

Worst Support

One of the worst support providers I had ever seen. Your team members are not even replying to my request, and my account has been suspended by your team on (13-02-2024), and today, without my permission, your team has taken $20 from my account. So if your team was not able to provide a refund, I am going to take legal action.
