I ordered something once and without asking or notifying me they turned this into a monthly subscription. I’m emailing them back and forth for weeks and they refuse to end my subscription, still taking money out of my account. I’ve said over and over that I want to end it and they keep writing back that they want to improve their service and how they can help me. Absolute scam
RESILIA is a complete SCAM company. Their product is junk and they literally expect people to return their opened products that have been handled within a few days if they are unhappy with the produ. This is a huge red flag. Health safety does not matter with them because all they want to ensure is that they can keep getting your money through auto-renewal in which their policy they say does not allow you to cancel at any time. They will NOT CANCEL YOUR AUTO-RENEWAL AND WILL KEEP YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON FILE IN THEIR DATABASE AND CONTINUE TAKIMG MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. I am dealing with them right now and they refuse to delete my personal financial information upon my request and will continue taking money from my account because they keep responding saying that the auto renewal is active because I clicked the button upon initial purchase. They do this despite me repeatedly telling them to cancel this unauthorized auto renewal. Long story but my daughter clicked the intial buy option without my authorization so none of this is authorized by me and they still refuse to honor my repeated requests. Do not purchase from this SCAMMING company.
Resilia promotes and selles Oil or Oregano products, with a 60 x day guarentee of money back if not satisfied, this isnt true, their Customer Service Dept didnt want to refund my original purchase so i agreed to 80% refund, so i didnt have to pay for freight back to Resilia, but that didnt happen, Resilia keep making me promisers, but dont back it up with a refund, this is a scam, there are also a number of subterfuge points to watch for when you purchase any of thier products, your immediatly set up on monthly purchasing, its not easy to remove your payment details, i wouldnt recommend having anything to do with this company, be warned everything about this company and its products are set up to scam your money, details and provide the worst experiance of buying any items on-line
