The job got done

The job got done, but communication was lacking. Nothing progressed until I sent emails/chats asking for a status update. I feel like if I hadn’t done that I would still be waiting for our IRS determination.

The included 30 minute coaching session was informative but only if you have your 'stuff' together as the time goes by swiftly so be prepared. The coach was very helpful, explained well, and friendly. 4 of 5 because he was a little late.
