This company is a scam and will continue to send their product and deduct payment it out of your account. I have tried to contact them via their "HELP" email but they still pulled the money out of my account. I had to cancel my card to stop them. Total scam DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM
Its a SCAM.They will subscribe you without permission - and will never send you the link to cancel the subscription. In the end I had to get my bank to BLOCK them.Secondly - It doesn't smell like Oregano Oil. I would wager it's just a seed/cooking oil of some kind. Real Oregano Oil has a strong smell.Horrible Company.
Do not use this company. It’s the worst ever. I bought 2 packets of soft gels for 3.Over the next few months I notice money is still coming out of my account for the same amount as the first order which means they automatically signed me up for monthly payments without my knowledge or consent.Please stay away and do not even think about giving this place an ounce of business.
Product is fake and they are scammers!!! Although the site claims satisfaction guaranteed with a 30 day refund policy they do not refund you. They only offer a 20% discount from what seems to be a computer generated reply email. I still have yet to receive my refund after going back and forth since April 28, 2025. The reviews on the site have to be fake!!
I ordered April 24th and never got order updates or tracking because the confirmation email tracking link did not work. I emailed and requested an update or a refund on May 11 and didn’t get a response. Well lo and behold on May 13th I received my order but they have no smell and look like vegetable oil. Now when i send emails to request a refund i keep getting a response that says: that Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:support@resiliashopYour message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system.Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system is refusing connections from your email server. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.
