Review Time
I cancelled my order within the cancellation policy and before it shipped. They shipped the pillows out anyway. When I tried to return it and asked for a prepaid shipping label, all I got was crickets. I had to dispute the charge and after 3 months, I received credit. They NEVER answer their phone, email or chat. They suck at customer service. DO NOT buy from them, they are not located in the US.
