Shocking customer service! I received some boots that were too small and returned them following the procedure on the website. I had confirmation from Royal Mail that these had been returned to the address on the 10th September. It took 6 weeks for Revivo to confirm that they had received the returned boots! During this time I spent hours on the phone, left messages, chatting to a bot online, writing emails etc in attempts to get my refund! Eventually I had to resort to a chargeback claim through the bank to ensure my refund was initiated, which Revivo have now contested, despite emailing me to confirm they will refund the item. Extremely poor customer service and will not be ordering from the website again.
