No Follow-Up After Return

I contacted the service to confirm if they received my returned item, as the postal service indicated it was collected. Initially, I got a generic email reply, but after connecting with a representative and providing my email and order number, I received no further communication. I also tried another support email but got no reply. It’s been months now. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase.

Disappointing Customer Support

Disappointing customer support. If you're looking for reliable assistance, think twice before purchasing from this service. There are better options available. You can't even cancel or modify your order before it's shipped, which is absurd. Given the numerous one-star reviews, I know I'm not alone in my disappointment, and I anticipate many more unhappy customers in the future. They need to improve significantly.

It's late January, and my daughter still can't wear the boots I purchased. The total lack of human customer service is unacceptable. The website indicates my order is 'SHIPPED,' yet there’s no way to address issues with incomplete orders. For a service that claims to focus on sustainability and ethics, this treatment is shocking. I cannot recommend this service until they improve their customer support. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

No Response on Return Process

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I've been trying to get in touch for a refund for ten days with no response, and I only have a month to return the item. I’m quite surprised as returns with another service have always been smooth. I don't understand why this service is so unresponsive. I've messaged multiple times and heard nothing. Scam Warning

Scam. I’ve been pursuing a refund since mid-October, which is now over a month and a half, with no replies to my emails. They use a ticketing system that closes cases without resolving issues. Phone calls go unanswered, and the chat support is ineffective. A representative claimed my refund was processed, but it hasn’t happened. DO NOT TRUST this service. Report them to the authorities if you can.
