Review Time
I have ordered a few products in the past and the equipment is well built, easy to assemble and received timely. My last order the belt squat handled was lost in the mail (it does happen). I confirmed with customer service that my order was lost in the mail. Grace in customer service sent a replacement. Anytime I sent an email Grace would respond within 24 hours. Outstanding customer service. I received my order and was pleased again with the quality of the equipment and the ease to assemble. I will definitely be making additional purchases from Revolt.
I purchased an equipment back in February, and the order was scheduled to ship on March 24.It did not ship, and when asked why, the support said "We missed the shipping windows unfortunately, sorry".So new shipping date was April 22.Today is April 25, and guess what I am about to do?Right - I am cancelling the order.I can't believe companies like this still exist, and not only that - they have somehow good TrustPilot reviews?
The product was a seat that attached to a single 3x3 post. The price was much lower than I had seen elsewhere and the product I got was of excellent quality and design. (I was using it with a lateral shoulder raise rack attachment that mounted on a 3x3 post.) Once I ordered the part it was promptly shipped and arrived on my doorstep in a reasonable time.
Horrible experience—Very Shady! Buyer beware! Purchased three items for Christmas for my daughter. One of the three was a preorder but was to start shipping Dec 20 2024. After NUMEROUS emails from me, was told now my items were backordered. I was never given a straight answer as to when any of of the items would be shipped. Long story short we finally received two of the three in late February and the third one March 7. They will gladly take your money but no guarantee when you will receive your equipment. Not the way to do business! Terrible!!!
