You would think that if you key in the exact item number from the cargo trousers you bought from Superdry just over a year before that they'd be exactly the same. Items are with M&S and Levi, but not Superdry.
They were similar but Superdry had not only changed the little logo labels on the outside, which I don't care about, but they've made them baggier round the bum, which is unforgivable.
So then I had to try and get a return label but the system wouldn't recognise my order number or email address. Then, when I tried to phone them on the number given by Google it was a wrong number. Worse, both the numbers given on their own website are 'not recognised'. When I did finally get the number by calling the Oxford store, I first got a German ansaphone waffling on. No mention of the company name or anything.
I've come to the conclusion, given the lack of customers in the store as well, that Superdry isn't long for this world.
Sent the wrong item and can’t get in touch with anyone to get it rectified. Paid for two tops, received one that wasn’t even one of the ones I ordered. I tried finding a phone number, replying to an email, finding a messaging platform but all I could find is a form to fill in that tells me it takes five working days to get back in touch. My husband wasn’t able to wear what he had ordered for a family party and the customer service is so bad, I will never, ever buy another superdry item again.
Very easy to use website, jacket is really good, but could do with an inside pocket plus the zip is getting stuck!!! This is the second jacket I have brought and the zip gets stuck a lot - this problem needs sorting!!! Or I won’t be buying another item !!! Harsh words I know but needs must !!!
Parcel arrived on time ,but too big so trying to send it back from the isle of wight ,doesn't seem to be a way to do that ,have tried on numerous occasions to contact superdry but not had much success, so still waiting for a response after 10 days
I have bought a lot of Superdry over the years. I'm usually pretty happy with Superdry but recently I bought some Organic Cotton Vintage Slim Straight Jeans and loved them. So I ordered another pair, different colour but exactly the same size.
As I was going on holiday, and had no reason to think they'd not fit, I didn't try them on until a week or so after my return.
They're a completely different size despite the size labelling being the same as my other pair! Way too small!
Is there no quality control?
When I went to return them it tells me it's too late to return them. So I'm stuck with jeans that I cannot use.
I'm not impressed and will think twice about buying from Superdry again. It's just not convenient to buy if you can't trust the sizing.
Haven’t received my coat and after contacting them I haven’t received any communication within the five day timeframe they give. Really difficult to communicate with. Terrible customer service
I was sent the wrong item and have found it difficult to reach a real person in the customer support team. I submitted an online form a week ago and have yet to receive a response. Disappointing customer service from a well-known company.
I placed an order on December 31st, it shipped on January 2nd, showed as "out for delivery" on January 3rd, and still hasn't arrived. The customer service platform claims to offer live agent support, but it always states that no agents are available and suggests sending a message for a response "in a few days," which never comes. It appears that many others are experiencing this issue, indicating a possible systemic problem or something more intentional. Unfortunately, I used a gift card for payment, so I can't escalate this with my bank.
