Beware. They will not exchange if you get the wrong size. Their sizing is smaller than expected. I contacted them and they promptly replied offering an exchange. Just needed to photograph the item. Once I obliged they sent me a link to purchase a replacement shirt at a slight discount. They did not offer return or refund for the incorrectly sized shirt. IT IS NOT AN EXCHANGE IF YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT!Their deception is noted a d I will not buy from them again.
Ordered 2 T shirts 3 weeks ago they have not arrived. Had “ confirmation”from R&B to say they have been delivered. I’ve also received an e-mailed photograph from Royal Mail showing a parcel lying on a doorstep which isn’t mine or my neighbour’s claiming that they have delivered to my address. I have e-mailed R&B twice to ask for their help without receiving an acknowledgment of my complaint,never mind any help. They are ignoring me. Unless the situation is rectified soon I will never buy from them again and I’d advise others to think twice before buying from R&B
This website is a con. Do not buy from here. They don’t send the item out and you are not eligible for a refund after 30 days even if you pay for shipping protection. They give you a bogus tracking number and then when you reach out say the address that you gave was incomplete and to reconfirm it. However, if you check the address you gave is right and this is a bid to buy more time so you wait till the 30 days and actually get nothing. They pocket the money and you are not entitled to any refund as the 30 days expire. Utterly disappointed.Unless the law has changed without me knowing it, I have a statutory right to a refund within 28 days of purchase. Hell, I don't even want a refund. I just want to change what I've received for a smaller size.Three emails later and they still haven't replied.
I ordered two shirts, waited patiently for a week and was delighted with my purchase... The fabric is soft and comortable, the fit is perfect and I love the designs.. So much so, I placed another order immediately..I will probably be placing another too!. .Cheers guys. ..
I bought a hat from rhythm and it did not fit my head. I decided to return it (assuming there would be free returns as with most brands). Unfortunately, this brand does not reimburse for shipping or have a remotely user-friendly return process (you have to email them and wait a few days for someone to email you back). The shipping cost from the US to Australia (where the company is based) would have been more expensive than the hat itself so I decided to donate it.
