Very unsatisfactory service. Whenever an issue arises, it takes them months to address anything. Their email replies are slow, and they often do not answer phone calls. I would advise steering clear of them.

Disappointing changes since joining

Since joining in 2022, the organization has gradually taken away our democratic rights to push their own agenda, disregarding the members' needs. We've seen a 37% rent increase over the last three years, with plans for another 30% increase in the next three years, plus an additional 30-40% hike. The board seems to be under the control of the organization, and the other members appear to have submitted to their demands. Involving members in the decision-making process would be more democratic, especially since these rent hikes are often linked to securing bank loans. I submitted an alternative solution for pipe repairs six weeks ago, but I have yet to receive any response.

This service feels like a scam

This service feels like a scam. The apartments are overpriced and they have lost multiple court cases regarding this issue. The quality is extremely poor; nails protrude from doorways, floors break underfoot, appliances malfunction annually, and the elevator is frequently out of order. I've been stuck in it twice in the past six months. While there are stairs, they are so narrow that passing someone is nearly impossible, making moving furniture very difficult. It's best to hope the elevator works, as the service does not ensure it.

Greedy and unprofessional organization that exploits its position to profit at your expense. They sign contracts that allow them to continue making money after you've purchased the apartment, particularly contracts where the association holds significant shares.

Delayed deposit refund

I have been waiting for my deposit for a month now. A month ago, I was told that the money would be sent and I would receive it the following week. Three weeks later, there’s still no money and no response. The service is unprofessional; I have never experienced anything like this before.
