This service represents one of the most incompetent groups I have ever encountered. They sent the wrong size—how does a medium become an XL? The color gray turned into white? Please avoid doing business with them! They seem indifferent to your order and only care about taking your hard-earned money.
I recently received the loafers I ordered in size 11, but I got a size 9 instead. I contacted their support team, and they promptly sent the correct size at no additional cost. When the replacement pair arrived with some damage, they quickly sent another pair for free. I received the new shoes today, and they are perfect. Thanks to the support team for their assistance!

They shipped from another country while pretending to be based in the U.S. It has been weeks, and when I finally got tracking info, it was unusable because it wasn't U.S. tracking.
