Extremely Poor Service

This service represents one of the most incompetent groups I have ever encountered. They sent the wrong size—how does a medium become an XL? The color gray turned into white? Please avoid doing business with them! They seem indifferent to your order and only care about taking your hard-earned money.

Excellent Customer Support

I recently received the loafers I ordered in size 11, but I got a size 9 instead. I contacted their support team, and they promptly sent the correct size at no additional cost. When the replacement pair arrived with some damage, they quickly sent another pair for free. I received the new shoes today, and they are perfect. Thanks to the support team for their assistance!

Nice Quarter-Zip Pullover

I recently ordered a quarter-zip pullover and really like it. The quality and fit are great, but be sure to check the size chart beforehand! The only downside was that it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Complete Disappointment

What a joke. It took three weeks to receive my order. They claimed it was coming from Wyoming, but it actually shipped from another country. I ordered a Large, but an XXL that was child-sized arrived. It's thin and cheap. Avoid this company; you'll receive something, but it won't be what you ordered.

The item I received was not what was advertised. I ordered a jacket on November 30 and received it on December 27. What I got was nothing like the utility jacket pictured online; instead, it was a cheap, shiny item with no tag. I also got charged twice for shipping insurance. They never specified where the item was shipping from, and the tracking info was unclear. To return it, I'd have to pay shipping and wait for inspection, but I doubt it would be a legitimate return. I'm already out $60.96. I usually research better before making purchases, but I was caught up in the holiday rush. One thread I found on a forum shared similar issues, while others praised the service with discount codes. The shopping app also has many complaints about misleading advertising and poor packaging. Don't shop here; it's a scam.

False Location Claims

They shipped from another country while pretending to be based in the U.S. It has been weeks, and when I finally got tracking info, it was unusable because it wasn't U.S. tracking. They have numerous negative reviews and no effective customer service phone number; they only communicate via email. BEWARE.

Unresponsive and Slow Shipping

It's been two weeks and my purchase hasn't been shipped. They've lied multiple times, claiming it was in transit with the postal service. When tracking finally appeared, it showed it was still in the warehouse. They have not been truthful, and this is a very bad company. Buyer beware.
