Bought a $70 work jacket off of Riley ridge site. When it came in, it was a thin, silky fake material jacket with a plastic zipper. Temu quality. No. Ive actually gotten better quality items off of temu before. Then I read the return policy and I'll have to pay for shipping back, when its a fake product not even close to pictured and described. I feel sick. I just threw away close to $100. Do not buy from them!!!

It took like a month to come in.when it did, it was way to small and material way to thin.
Immediately we put back in box with all attached tags. We then emailed them for correct address for return. They ignored my request and then tried to talk us into keeping jacket and they would refund us 14!!! We said that was unacceptable and actually insulting.
Finally recd return address. Cost me $20 TO RETURN.
Still waiting for confirmation they recd coat back. We emailed copy of ups receipt Transaction. We followed their instructions to a T. Now we wait..

Ordered a size L jacket, and I received a S instead. I messaged customer support, and they actually said I could keep it and they would ship another one out for free. I got the new one about a week and a half later, and it is the right size and it fits great. I gave the S to my little cousin, he seems to like it. The wrong size issue was kind of annoying, but customer support was amazing so it’s no problem.

It took a week or two to get to me, but it arrived in-tact, and I do love the mug, it’s very fun. Thank you to the support team for being so generous and quick to help me out!

Extremely delayed delivery and poor quality.

The shoes took an excessively long time to arrive. The red sneakers were not delivered in a box and lacked any brand, country of origin, or material information. When I requested a return, the support team asked for a photo of the shoe size and then offered to send a smaller pair for a shipping fee of $29.99, while allowing me to keep the original shoes. They seem like a joke.

Lack of Transparency in Shipping Location

I wish I had been informed that the item was being shipped directly from China before placing my order. The website indicates a location in Wyoming, but the tracking information states it's in transit to another facility. This is concerning. Where is this next facility, and what is the estimated delivery date? I believed I was ordering from a U.S. business. The seller needs to improve their transparency regarding the shipping origins of their products.

Terrible experience with online ordering

I had the worst experience with online ordering. My order for a Christmas gift was over a month late. When it finally arrived, it was three sizes too big and looked nothing like the advertised jacket. I can't fathom how they altered the image on their website. The tracking app they use is completely ineffective. When I pointed out that they sent an extra-large instead of the small I ordered, they claimed to use a different sizing scale. The jacket is enormous, which is clearly because it’s an extra-large, not a small. They offered to let me return it, but there's a catch: I have to pay for shipping and provide my own packaging to send it back. It's frustrating! They insist they'll reimburse me after I cover the return costs. This company is dishonest and evasive, shifting blame for their errors onto the customer. I strongly advise against using their services.
