It constantly collapses and cause unspeakable losses to both business and individuals. It is in conjunction with omnesys technologies who supposedly provides the servers to run Rithmic accounts on. How is even legal to allow such financial disasters is beyond my understanding.Update:I have opened 3 tickets with customer support, not a single one got attended. Just cant recommend it, the Software is not clear and looks like Windows XP. (Not good for Modern Times.)When you use a foreign Software Rithmic uses more Data, so your 50T Bite can be used up realy fast and your Charts didnt even Load. (Wonder were the 50Tera Bites where going if the Chart got Empty.)The Data Latency and Connection Problems would be Ok if the rest woudnt be there.

Worst customer service in the world. You can send proof of errors and they still refuse to take fault even though all they gotta do is confirm it and the prop firm takes care of it. Instead they don’t answer emails and refuse to help I think a class action is in order because you folks are completely horrible.

I use rithmic with NinjaTrader for Apex funded trading. The lag has been horrible for 3 weeks, not constant but consistently enough that it has affected multiple trades. The absolute worst part about this company is any time you report an issue you are always told its on your end. I am in a trading group with people from different states in the US and everyone of us have experienced the issues in the last three weeks but rithmic will still tell each of us that it's an issue on our end. Regardless of how many speed tests you send them its never seen on their end. Their customer service could be replaced by an auto response that simply states, we are sorry you are experiencing latency, we are sure its on your end as we see nothing here.
