so far it has gone pretty well. we had a few issues early on but they seem to be addressed. Hoping we can see hasdata continue to keep up with the technology. we are just starting to try parallelism, hoping that goes well. May need some advise on the best way to optimize the model.
We were using them in production, Their whole API was down for atleast 12-16 hours. Which is fine but their CS didn't even bothered to reply our constant messages.Absolutely 0 communication, Even no warning email was send when the API was down, we got to know from our customersWe got a respond after 6-7 hours that said, The API is live, No explanation. Our team downgraded the plan, We will keep using this for development but can't trust them for Production use cases,
The service is good, and the price is good. However, some things aren't clear. For example, the website says it charges 3 credits per row of scraping results. However, in the final result, this can increase significantly, charging up to 15-20 per row. Support is slow to respond. They need to improve the interface to better manage scraping data. Currently, you only see an ID. You can't assign a name to each process, nor can you delete it, which should be very basic.
