Review Time
I haven't received my order yet, and when I sought help, I only got automated replies suggesting I wait for shipping. However, I already received a shipping notice and tracking that hasn't updated. This was a time-sensitive purchase, so it's a bit disappointing.
There was excellent communication when I had an issue of a bank pre-authorization charged twice for yarn. One went through and the second fell off after 7 business days. Mildly annoying that the pre- auth tied up funds for the week but nothing too devastating. Yarn was shipped quickly and was through US customs in 3 days. Even with shipping and tarrifs, yarn was much less expensive than buying State-side. Rito will be my first go to for yarn purchases from now on!
I appreciate the efficiency of delivery service and good deals of the yarn I wanted. Just a piece of advice if the yarn can be packed with a bag, meaning one more layer of packing will be nice. As the bag for delivery is damaged upon arrival so I worried that the yarn might be contaminated.
I was able to purchase enough yarn to make five pairs of slippers for just around $100! Great prices and selection of colors in stock. The only hiccup I had was trying to order more yarn for a friend and hitting a size limit once I got to shipping. It would be helpful to know when adding to the cart experience if you’ve gone over the shipping limit, but all in all - I’m a very happy customer (:
What makes the experience great is the total transparency regarding, prices, shipping and duties, although I would like to have a receipt for the payment of the duties I already paid. Not just your receipt, the receipt that it should appear when you, the company, pays the duties at the port of entry. What I don’t like is the poor following that your post system gives to my package, I can never know where is the package until I get it. And I totally hate that I can not make orders for more than 2 kilos. And I would like to be able to have an user account, so I can follow my receipts more accurately, I make a lot of orders and is kind of difficult to follow up with receipts just from my emails.
