The whole experience was seamless, easy and quick. Then there's the end product, the yarn, which is some lovely boucle alpaca which I have already swatched! I will order again and I've talked you up at my knitting club, most were unaware of Rito, by the way. Also the package that arrived was in great shape, the yarn was well protected and considering the package was coming from overseas it was fast. I'm super happy with the experience.
I LOVE the drops yarn I purchased. It was very easy to navigate the website and place my order. They shipped it the next day. It took about 10 days to arrive in the US. But I thought that was reasonable. I will be placing another order soon.
I have ordered from Rito.com 4 times, this last time after the US tariffs took effect. Not only am I pleased with the quality of the yarn I have purchased (Drops Daisy and Drops Air) and the very good price point, but shipping has been exceptional. I received my last order in less than a week after making my order. I recommend Rito.com to all my knitting and crochet friends.
The quality and pricing of the items is good and so is the shipping time. What I have an issue with is that my products got wet due to bad packaging. We had a little bit of rain where I live and the yarn would have been fine if it was double bagged. Unforutnately it was not protected by the single layer outer bag and it leaked water onto the products. I have been air draying the product for a few days now and I hope it does not felt. In future, PLEASE double bag your products! Your shipping bag is not weather proof!
