I started using Travelgoogoo after repeated issues trying to use Airolo on biz trips to AUS and USA. On both occasions, the set up was too complicated for this tech geek and it resulted in massive SingTel bills because I thought that I was running the Airolo eSIM. Thankfully, SingTel showed mercy and reduced my bill. After those incidents, I switched over to Travelgoogoo and haven't had an issue since. More recently, I had a issue when I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 13 to a 17. The tech support at TGG was very helpful in getting the old eSIM transferred to the new phone which saved me from losing the leftover GBs remaining. Thank you Travelgoogoo!!!

Never tried a travel eSIM club before. The US$14 cost per year was very attractive, especially when it offers unlimited messaging data in 123 countries for 365 days.Even when I checked the cost of boosting the speed for Seoul in a recent trip, the cost was more competitive than a Singapore telecom company, and the coverage was better than expected. What I love is that now I don't need to care about hunting for SIM card companies or even pay thru my nose for eSIMs. I just land, go to my WhatsApp and say I want to boost, and voila, it is instant.
Travelgoogoo is amazing. I have used it for my vacation to Greece, Thailand, Indonesia and India. All of my connections were seamless. The chat on whatsapp was also very responsive as well and even reminded me when my balance was low. It also updated me (on demand) on my data usage balance. The best part of it was getting a better connection compare to the locals in India in some cities. I guess travelgoogoo partners with good telcos to offer the best connection. It is affordable and I've now introduced this to many of my friends who are travelling internationally too!.
Tried Travelgoogoo from friend’s recommendation during my recent trip to China. The internet had a bit of hiccup but their customer service replied very quickly and helped me to settle it quickly and thereafter’s it was smooth sailing. Their e-sim club membership is really helpful especially when I go for short trips to Johor Bahru, I need not buy or reinstall another esim, so convenient !

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and value.
