Frustrating Delay with My Order

I've been waiting for two bikes I ordered for two months now. Initially, I received a generic response during the first month, stating that "full bikes need to be assembled overseas before shipping..." which was vague at best. After another month of waiting, I'm still without my bikes, and my emails and messages on social media have been ignored. If they are a legitimate business, their customer service is lacking, and I'm now seeking a refund. This experience has been a disappointment, far from the reputable image they portray.

Waiting too long for my two ordered bikes...

I've been waiting for my two ordered bikes for two months now. I only received a generic response during the first month stating that "full bikes need to be assembled overseas before shipping..." Struggling to get a refund and return a product...

I'm trying to get a refund and return a product. The company took a week to respond, during which I had to initiate a dispute with my bank. They finally reached out but want me to remove the dispute to "process my exchange," which is not what I'm requesting. They're insisting on exchanging products instead of granting my refund request.

Very poor response from customer service

I ordered a kickstand for a mountain bike and received notice that the shipment was lost or damaged and couldn't be delivered. I reached out multiple times to different customer service emails and messaged on social media. Yet, I received no response. All I want is confirmation that a replacement is being sent immediately, but the company hasn’t acknowledged my existence.

Valve stem diameter too large for certain rims

I recently bought a few TPU tubes, but the valve stem diameter is too large for certain carbon rims. The stems don’t fit through the valve holes on these rims. After researching, I found that this issue has been frequently discussed online. Otherwise, the tubes seem quite durable and are extremely light.

Decent quality products, but slow delivery.

The products are of decent quality, but shipping is slow. I ordered a second item and immediately realized I clicked the wrong one. There was no way to cancel the order. I emailed the company, and they said it was too late to cancel, just refuse it. I hadn’t even received an order confirmation! It was delivered while nobody was home to refuse it. I had to take it to the post office to refuse it there and am still waiting for my refund.
