Router was delivered in less than a day and the network was set up as soon as the connection went online so our new home was set up with Internet and TV services very quickly.
No problems with the service after the first month.

My experience with this company recently has been a nightmare. Lack of transparency, customer service is not good at all.. there is absolute lack of empathy towards their customers and just made the situation worse.
I’m trying to close my account but they keep bringing up different invoices and have threatened/coerced me to pay for services they are not rendering despite the fact that I have now moved out of the property.
Definitely not recommended!! Avoid while you can.
I recently switched from Zen to Rocket Fibre, and the transition was seamless as Rocket Fibre handled everything for me.
The 1Gbps package works perfectly with constant speeds and great stability—especially on the static IP, which I opted for at an extra £4.99. Overall, I’m getting the same quality for a lower price, plus the Eero 6+ router was included.
The biggest surprise, however, has been the ping. It’s a rock-solid 8ms with no fluctuations. As a pro player, this is a total game-changer.
In my opinion, this is the best internet service in the UK. The pricing is among the lowest on the market, while the quality of service is absolutely fantastic.
