Review Time
Two items from my order on 18th June, still not here and no one is replying to me via the website or email. Its ridiculous. I have sent many emails! They have now missed my daughters birthday, so I have asked for a refund. No response. I would never order from here again.
So far very disappointed, i will update this reveiw if anything changes.Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery. Repeatedly receieved emails stating there was an issue and my order was delayed. Contacted the company asking for a refund on my postage. No response. Finally receive an email stating its out for delivery. Track the package and see that it has been delievered to the wrong address. Double check the address on my order is correct, which it was. Unable to see if the address on the package was printed correctly so do not know if this is a fault with Royal Mail or Rock Universe.If Royal Mail are unable to retrieve the package it is on Rock Universe to put in the claim to be able to refund me. As Rock Universe have not responded to any previous messages yet I feel that i will be out of pocket with no itema as I have no faith in their customer service so far.
48hr turnaround 😡 nope that didn't happen, the shirt was to be worn at my best friends funeral where i was a pallbearer. He was a devoted pink floyd fan. I feel like i kinda let him down.Sorry guys I'm not impressed if it was any other event i wouldn't be bothered. But i was laying my best friend to rest that's disrespectful.
