Really happy with my order from Lucky Fours. The watch looks amazing and feels high quality. Shipping was smooth and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely recommend!
Great customer service and great communication. I love the watch i got. I got sent the wrong watch accidentally, they FIXED IT FOR FREE, sent me a brand new watch with no charge!! i definitely recommend these people.
Great watches. The adjuster broke taking out the first link, ordered two watches but only received one adjuster, I’ll need to have the links removed at a watch store but overall great watch so far.
Lucky Fours has been wonderful to work with! Since they’re based in Canada, returning my items was going to be quite expensive. To help reduce the cost, they kindly provided a U.S. return address, which significantly lowered the postage. Once my return was received and confirmed, they were quick to process my refund. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to provide great customer service. Highly recommend!
I got what I ordered. The product looks nicer than it feels. The watches are keeping time as expected but they dont feel like an $80 watch, they feel like the ones you get at the fair for $20.
I’ve never experienced better customer service from any company—especially online. I messed up the watch style I wanted, but Lucky Fours was responsive every single day through back-and-forth messages to resolve my mistake. They were super helpful and patient and because of that I’ve never felt more relieved in an online ordering experience. I won’t buy a watch anywhere else and they will the only ones I recommend. Life time customer now so great job,—keep it up!
DO NOT BUY FROM LUCKY FOURS.
Lucky Fours is a dropshipping company that resells watches from other manufacturers at highly inflated prices. If you search the watch names used by Lucky Fours, you can easily find the exact same watches sold by the original companies for much less.
For example, the Megia watch is priced on Lucky Fours between $139 and $299, while the identical watch is available from the original seller for approximately $38 to $115. This same pricing pattern applies across their entire lineup.
There is no added value in quality, materials, or performance. The watches are mass-produced and simply rebranded, with Lucky Fours charging a large markup.
If you want fair pricing and real value, buy directly from the original manufacturer. Lucky Fours is significantly overpriced and not worth the money.
Incredible experience! The selection of watches is impressive, with options for every taste and style. Mainly, the team was very friendly and attentive to each of my needs, helping me find the perfect watch. Additionally, the quality of the products is exceptional. I will definitely return for future purchases.
I would have given it higher but the adjusting tool that they provide snapped when I tried to use it so I had to buy a new one to adjust the size. But other than that I love it
Terrible communication and service. I placed an order for two watches over a month ago and was informed on three different occasions that they had been shipped. I was promised a 20% refund for items that I never received, and it took three weeks for that to be processed. The staff were incredibly unhelpful, my emails went unanswered, and the watches are of poor quality, easily found for a fraction of the price elsewhere. A scam operation.
