I tried to place four orders there, and all of them were flagged as fraud after one or two days. When I first called support, I was told that this was because the shipping and billing addresses were different. I placed another order with matching addresses, but it was also flagged as fraud. I called support again, and this time they said it was because an $1,800 order was being shipped to an apartment building and that this was considered fraud (!). I was also politely informed that all of my future orders would be flagged as fraud, and that they could not provide me with any written confirmation of this.

The service sent me an email the day after Christmas, which I missed, allowing only one day to respond before shipping via FedEx with a signature requirement. I can't take time off work for decoys, so I won't receive the items I needed. Genuine customer service would have involved a call.

It took them two weeks to realize that one of the items I ordered was unavailable and to ship the rest. There were issues with delivery and not a single apology, as if it was my fault for trusting them with my hard-earned money. Never again. I ended up purchasing the missing item elsewhere, which was shipped the same day.
If you have any concerns about returning something of value, pay more and buy it elsewhere. The return policy here is solely in their favor—you will lose out, even with a receipt if it's over 30 days. This company is becoming increasingly difficult to deal with, and I am finished shopping here.
The customer service was awful. A package with expensive gear was supposedly delivered, but I never received it. The support team was unhelpful. I lost my money and have no recourse. They were not friendly at all, and I had to repeat myself numerous times. CUSTOMER BEWARE!
