Made a pre order (Fully paid) of a Charizard Ex box last January and up to now my order is not yet processed for shipping. So I wrote an email but got no answer after almost 10 days. When I visited their onlineshop today, Saw it is already available for Pickup at their Shop. Made an Paypal dispute and said it is not available yet in Australia but they could have explained their side with my inquiry before and yet not even a single hello was sent back as a reply. Beware for those going to order.
I’ve purchased multiple things this year and beside the times being long due to the companies like Funko taking pre-orders long in advance (which is not Rogues fault at all) everything has always shown up and with no faults whatsoever. I wish I could attach photos to prove my purchases. I enjoy buying from this store. I do already have pre-orders pending, and will be purchasing more in the future. This store is also sometimes the ONLY store in all of Australia to even stock overseas products.
