I pre ordered months in advance for the One Piece Double Pack. Close to $500 only for them to cancel my order and only refund me .56 cents. They refuse to respond back to me. Stay away. I have the pictures that you only refunded 56 cents. Partial refund

First time buying with these guys and am more than happy with the result. Pop vinyl came in mint condition with a protective case and came very quickly. I had been looking for this one (special edition) for a birthday present and was extremely happy that they had it and at an excellent price. Have no hesitation using them again and would recommend to anyone!
Bought some figures online that had almost no indication of it being a preorder, except for a small bit of text in the description. Purchased in Febuary, ETA was for April, now it's the end of September and there has been zero updates. Feels like I just got scammed.
