Will update to 5 stars after I receive all redemptions. I hit $55k on a 2k bonus buy on Lucky Ducky (thanks BGaming), but my experience has been more comparable to what a lot of folks here have said already - sometimes slow reply, sometimes within 24 hours, and 2 or 3 months ago when I had a 2k redemption pending, I was asked for every pic of cards and statements under the sun. I did it, and they finished that verification process after about a week or two and I then received that 2k. Since then, I've made redemptions to Skrill and have usually received it within 2 business days just fine. I'll add that after all this time of wagering, it does feel like their slot's RTPs are a bit on the stiff side and I'm shocked that the highest multiplier I've ever experienced happened here. Something about 3200x. I'm honestly surprised by the number of negative reviews here. Welp after reading other reviews I had to leave one myself. This casino rtp is zero. I have played thousands of dollars through this site, made it to vip 5 stars and haven't had even 1 single 100 dollar redemption. Thats how difficult it is to win on rolla. Its been nothing but dead spin after dead spin. If you manage to hit a bonus your lucky to get 10x. Its that pitiful. Im done wasting my money here. I play on literally every other social casino and there are so many more incentives to play those casinos. And not to mention you actually can win on those casinos here its just a money eating platform. Increase your rtp or you will loose your player base
Update they just deleted my account without payment of my 1000 dollars! DONOT PLAY on ROLLA (Isn’t it funny that they can reply on here but not on the 10 emails I’ve sent them?) I’ve been waiting for my verification to clear until then my money sits there. Do not play on this scam site I plan on reporting them and reporting them to my bank to reverse the charges.
Won’t let me cash out my redemption because I don’t have proof of payment or a picture of my debt card payed when I payed with Apple Pay and they keep threating to close my account because I’m using different card number they must not know how Apple Pay works and I already screen shot and send them the transaction id number so now I have to wait to get a bank statement sounds to me like they just don’t want to pay even though they say my account is full verified
There are a lot of bad social casinos out there. Rolla is probably the worst. Not only do their games hit at probably the lowest percentages I’ve seen but they also have the worst customer service in the business. If you get a reply from them, which always takes at least a few days, it’s always the same scripted replies. They don’t solve any problems at all. For example, the offer a weekly rollback so if you lose, which you will, they give you a certain percentage back. Only they don’t lol. They say they do but they actually don’t and when you try to reach out to customer support you get ignored for 3-4 days and then get an automated email. Seriously one of the worst casino you can choose. I wouldn’t.
Will update to 5 stars after verification is accepted. I've emailed for 2 weeks now with no response. Account stuck in limbo without being able to verify my account. Or be able to try an do it again because it says I've reached the max amount of tries. Can't get a response and have allt of money in the account.
Worst slots I've ever played. RTP must be 0. I think I may have won 1 spin more than my bet. Felt more like a mugging than entertainment. I wouldn't recommend to someone I didn't like much less a friend. There are lots of good platforms out there, this isn't one of them.
