What can I say . Unfortunately you never win but that’s not my issue my issue is they don’t abide by responsible gambling . I have sent and told them approx 20 times to close my account not just close it but many times I have told them close my account permanently with no option to reopen . Yet they just open it all you have to do is agree to accept the risks associated with reopening In the terms it says once you do self exclusion which is what u said exclude my account this cannot be stopped the blockage of your account until it expires Be warned they won’t close your close permanently like you request .I am now submitted a complaint to there license provider .

I placed a 2-combo bet. Wich i have won. The money i won was added to my balance. But shortly after that 1of the 2 legs was canceled for no reason. The match ended officially and there was no reason to cancel the bet. Instead of a win from €403, its only €237 with a €176 bet.I have screenshots of all of it and the support is not reaching back to me. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS. It's 1 big scam. All was smooth including when i won a decent amount in one of the games, having requested for the funds to be withdrawn I was blocked and prevented by "crypto-only". I emailed their team several times, even though i never used Crypto to be told "due to technical error we can't offer bank transfer at the moment" however you can easily deposit using bank transfer so i don't understand how and why they did this. After losing all the winnings and my deposits as i had no choice, being a vulnerable player i needed the withdrawal to happen but lost all the money, and automatically i got an email straight after "you can withdraw using bank transfer we just need" yes sure you will after making me lose everything you will certainly offer it. I am disgusted by the whole ordeal, no attempt of care or support and prevented me from my winnings!
