The last few days i keep getting promo emials to deposit. Doesn't have emails to join but seems to look like emails someone who has signed up to usuall sites have. I signed up yo a site 2 weeks ago with a different name and have had emails since then. Either its a sister site or its one of those sites ive been a member of for years that they closed down and then opened back up with another name but kept everybody's info. Reading reviews to see who they might be.

I deposited VIA paysafe and withdraw only had skill? So there was no option to withdraw? And customer service could not understand what the problem was! Then there was the wager amount- that had already been met! But then it restarted! I won thousands! And by the end i could nort be stuffed trying to get any back so I blew it all! Because of the withdraw process!
I made a crypto deposit on this site using their listed payment methods. One of the options shown was ERC20, and that is exactly what I used. After not seeing the funds credited, I contacted support multiple times and even provided screenshots of the transaction. Despite this, they told me I had done nothing, and later claimed I had used the wrong wallet. They are now saying I must wait 60 business days and that $10 will be deducted. This is unacceptable and highly suspicious behavior.SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
It is a large company that is fair and offers good odds, withdrawals take between 1 and 3 days, agents call weekly to speak with the customer with a pleasant conversation and make the customer feel comfortable to ask some questions, without a doubt a huge company.
Still no response from rollino after several emails sent. I have provided all information for them to get in touch via this site when requested by them. I have all evidence that UK players cannot play on this site. Even screenshots of conversations from live chat admitting UK is a restricted country. This problem isn’t going away by ignoring me.
I have deposited funds and worked my way up to VIP, my account was verified and I have made numerous attempts to withdraw funds they are asking for photos of my debit cards which I deposited, unfortunately I had to destroy my first card I used and renewed the card which was a different long number but they are still consistently adamant they want to see the destroyed card I don’t use and won’t release funds, even though I have sent proof of address , photo identification and also my most recent debit card photos with all my name on and proof but still not good enough,
