They've increased their price and their service has become even more abysmal than it was before. They do not comply with EU laws and don't care when confronted on that regarding payments. Also, there are fake and fraudulent housing ads, and landlords don't actually respond when you reach out to them. The platform doesn't take any responsibility for any problems you experience on the platform, steal your money and not give it back. They do not comply with consumer law and don't care because they assume people won't waste their time reporting them. Dodgy!

I am an apartment owner and very satisfied with the services offered by these web pages. Each time, I receive a lot of responses and, easily within ten days of posting the ad, I have a good number of potential tenants to choose from. I have read negative comments about the company, but they mainly come from tenants who are desperate due to the very tight rental market in Prague. Each apartment owner can receive up to 100 emails from potential tenants, which makes the choice very difficult. Only a few lucky ones who match the owner's desired profile are offered a viewing. Tenants are only successful on the website when their profile is very detailed and personalized emails are sent. GOOD LUCK!
Premium profile service for 800 CZK is, in my experience, non-functional. I sent 10 messages to property owners and received a reply from only one. Most listings are either outdated or redirect to partner real estate agencies where additional fees are charged. Instead of a real solution, I was only offered an extension, which I do not consider adequate. I therefore do not recommend this service. To me, it seems more like a way to profit from the current difficult housing market situation rather than a fair attempt to help clients.
I was about to sign up on bezrealitky.cz to look for a flat in Poděbrady, but the registration form doesn't offer my country code (+996 for Kyrgyzstan) - even though other countries in the region, like Kazakhstan, are listed.I contacted their support, hoping they could offer an alternative way to register (via email, manual account creation, etc.). Instead, I received a one-line reply just saying: "Hello. If we don’t offer your code, you can’t register." 😅 No explanation, no workaround, no attempt to help. Just - NO!If this is their style of customer service, I can only imagine what the rest of the experience would be like. I'll look for something more international and inclusive.

They are literally called "no realty agency" in Czech, and yet each second listing you see on the website has suspicious "administrative fee" included in the listing price, which always turns out to be... A realty agency fee. And they make you pay for ability to contact anyone, too! I hope this site goes out of business
bezrealitky.cz you pay 800 kc which is kind of ok if you compare what real estate agents charge. you have to be quick to get a flat these days. The e demand is high. Started searching on monday and signed the contract already on friday.totally recommend.thanks guys!
