Extremely Frustrating Experience

I would rate them even lower if it were an option. I was considering purchasing a supplement and was about to place an order, but I needed to do something else. After exiting the platform, I received an email about an hour later confirming my order with a receipt for 6 bottles! I attempted to cancel my order, but there's no customer support available. The FAQ states that cancellations aren't possible because they process orders immediately, yet I found information indicating that orders are typically processed within 3 days. Overall, a terrible experience.

Misleading Trustpilot Score and Poor Customer Service

The company has displayed a much higher score for trustpilot on their website than what is actually shown here. I attempted to purchase one item on sale, but they charged me for five. The order was immediately canceled after I checked with my bank on Christmas day and noticed the unauthorized charges. They received multiple cancellation notices, responding only once to assert that the order had already been fulfilled, despite no shipping information being provided. The following day, I sent more cancellation notices after they shared shipping info indicating that only a label had been created that day. They then offered to give me half off if I wanted to keep the order they had supposedly 'sent,' asking me to inform them of my decision! Their rudeness was astounding! I reiterated my expectations for a full refund due to their fraudulent actions, but received no response. This morning, I checked the shipping info, and they have now sent the unwanted items, stating that if I want a refund, I must return the items at my own expense before possibly getting my money back! AVOID THIS COMPANY if you wish to steer clear of issues!

Fantastic customer service experience!

I purchased some beetroot supplements but had to stop taking them due to a medical issue. I contacted the company via email and was told to return the remaining items. After sending them back, I reached out to the support team and worked with a representative who was quick and pleasant to deal with. Once they received my return, my refund was processed without any problems. I have no complaints and highly recommend their service, especially the representative I interacted with.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I wish I could give this company half a star. Their website advertised a deal for 3 bottles at $11.99 each with 3 free, but we were charged $81 for all 6. Cancelling orders is a nightmare; all you get are automated messages. To make matters worse, they sent the order to the wrong address. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company; it's a scam.

Stay away from this company!

This company is a scam. We ordered a one-time product and were charged for and sent more products the following month without any notice. We never subscribed to anything. I'm appalled by their dishonest practices and lack of customer service. We had to cancel our credit card to stop the charges.

Warning: Automatic enrollment in subscriptions

Be aware: placing an order with this merchant automatically enrolls you in a monthly subscription as soon as you submit your payment information. Their customer service is so hard to reach that canceling future charges is nearly impossible. Additionally, this subscription is not disclosed until after you are charged and another shipment is initiated, which is deceptive and unfair. I strongly advise against making a purchase!

No stars should be an option

There should be an option for no stars. Avoid doing business with this company! Their website is misleading, and the purchasing process is frustrating, with constant upselling that makes it easy to make a mistake. I thought my order would be $36, but my credit card was charged $165. I emailed them to cancel within an hour, but they refused, claiming the order was processed. Lesson learned.
