My product stopped syncing in about 2 months from purchasing. I purchased it via a Sandals Red Lane Spa.They said they don’t service international claims and that I had to dispute it with the place of purchase. This is contradictory to what I was told by the customer service agent who took the initial claim over the phone. Just Bogus. Don’t purchase this product, purchase another line instead.
Customer service was lovely and helpful and I received my replacement in a week. Will say, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card and I let Nuface know. My original purchase died after less than 4 months -so disappointing. Sephora where I bought it was NO HELP! Told me to go to the manufacturer. But I live in Canada and the website said they don't assist international customers. However, when I called they were most helpful and kind and attentive and got things moving as I mentioned above. I was sorry to read all these unhappy reviews. If I had seen trustpilot first, I probably would not have bought the product. Not sure if I am or am not seeing improvement. The day you use it, you can see some changes. So good if you are going out for a night on the town. It does concern me that there are so many refurbished devices on the website. They must be the returns. Also the fact you can't add a new battery. I too am concerned about the environment and not able to change a battery is not acceptable. Hoping this new one I received does not bite the biscuit. However, I am thinking based on my recent experience, Nuface may be learning a few things and good on them for refurbishing the products. That helps reduce waste. As this product is expensive, one does assume a better product. So, I charged my new one and gave it a whirl and day one, it is in working order. So far.

RUN and run away fast! I spent $525 plus the extra creams, gels, and boosters. After ONLY 3 years of having this product, the device will not stay on AFTER a full charge. This is a battery issue as over time it degrades.Of course the warranty is only 2 years. Boo. NuFace does NOT provide batteries nor perform battery replacement services. So off to the landfill it goes. What a shame for me and for the environment!Oh, when I called NuFace, they offered me a 30% discount on a new Trinity Pro plus. Really?
I purchased a Nuface red light attachment for my NuFace unit online, direct from NuFace. Evidently, my NuFace is an older model and the attachment did not fit. I immediately returned and saw that on August 2nd, they received the attachment in it's original packaging. I received the email from the company saying it was received and to expect credit within 10-14 days. It is September 1st today and still no refund. I did respond to their email that said it was received and would be credited, however, no response. I reached out again last week with still yet, no response. In the meantime, my inbox is bombarded almost daily with marketing/junk emails! I would suggest not purchasing from this company since they do not have a customer service department where you can actually speak with a human!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!I PURCHASED THE NUFACE TRINITY, WITH TWO ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENTS. WHEN YOU SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY, YOU EXPECT QUALITY...AND PRODUCTS THAT WILL LAST.THEIR WARRANTY IS 2 YEARS. AFTER THAT, THE ATTACHMENTS START HAVING ISSUES, WHERE THEY DON'T ATTACH TIGHTLY. THE WRINKLE REDUCER ATTACHMENT CRACKED..... AND WORST OF ALL THE POWER BUTTON STOPPED WORKINGI CALLED AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO WAY TO HAVE THIS DEVICE REPAIRED.SO YOUR INVESTMENT IS GONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE DEVICE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. NOT TO MENTION, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SO EXPENSIVE (EXAMPLE: THE GEL PRIMER THAT YOU NEED TO PUT ON YOUR FACE TO USE THE DEVICE.)
Bought a device for my wife's birthday and paid additional $30 for express shipping to secure a delivery date prior to her celebration. The product arrived almost a week after, and customer service didn't take ownership for the miss, despite multiple tentatives on my end. DO NOT buy with NuFACE if you're expecting to have the bare minimum level of respect to customer.
Very average product! I didn't notice a difference even though I have been using their Trinity product. Money better spent elsewhere for better technology. The Trinity feels very light, like it's not doing much and voila it didn't do much anyway. So I give it a 5/10 therefore the two stars.
