Review Time
I asked 4 companies for quotes on this heater. TSH replied within 6 hours with their initial quote and reacted to my follow up questions within 2 hours. I placed my order before any of the other 3 suppliers responded (as of this writing, only 2 of the 3 have replied!).
I've been troubleshooting this heater since I received it. The top temperature cutout does not work, and we've been experiencing 190 temps from the beginning. We've replaced the temp sensor, control panel and now we're having to replace the heating elements (all three) after less than a year of service. Moreover, the air tunel is colapsing. Seems to be poor engineering! It hasen't worked correctly from the beginning. We're thinking we shouldn't be seeing these problems.
