Horrible! I paid almost $100 and it was a terrible excuse of a doll! It looked NOTHING like the doll advertised. It’s a cheap poorly made doll. The out fit was torn, I paid $10 for a box and it was torn and bent! SCAM and a fraud! They need a class action lawsuit slapped on them!!! This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Pathetic!
0 Stars – Horrible ExperienceI ordered a doll from RSGDolls and what I received looks nothing like the photos online. The quality is terrible and completely different from what I expected. On top of that, the box arrived looking like it had been through a war dented, torn, and beat up.I also bought a specific outfit that was supposed to fit this doll, but it turned out way too small. That was another $130 completely wasted. Overall, this was a huge disappointment and a total loss. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
When the dolls arrive damaged and not like the description or photos, the company tries to deter you from returning them under their satisfaction guarantee warranty. They make you ship them back to China, which cost over $50. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company.
Terrible company, first paid extra $50 for Xmas delivery & didn't receive it till third week of January, no refund for extra shipping. Tried to cancel multiple times & they would not refund or cancel order. Quality was terrible even scary for a doll! Nothing like the pictures AT ALL. No answers to emails or anything! Lost 250.00 for a scary looking piece of crap
